Geely Galaxy is a mid-to-high-end new energy series brand under Geely Automobile Group, officially released to the public on February 23, 2023. The series is named "Galaxy," symbolizing boundless imagination and continuous exploration of the technological future. Geely Galaxy aims to bring users an electric travel experience beyond imagination, equipped with Geely's latest and best architecture, three-electric technologies, and intelligent technology, to achieve product features that are safer, smarter, energy-saving, and high-performing. The first prototype of Geely Galaxy, "Galaxy of Light," is positioned as a wide-body electric coupe, while the first mass-produced model, Geely Galaxy L7, is built on the world-class e-CMA architecture, with dimensions of 4700mm in length, 1905mm in width, 1685mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2785mm. Galaxy L7 is equipped with the Aegis Battery Safety System, Thor Power 8848 hybrid power system, and Galaxy N OS intelligent cockpit system, making it the first low-carbon intelligent hybrid product of the Geely Galaxy series. In March 2024, Geely Galaxy added the L7 Dragon Edition to the market, offering multiple versions with a reduced starting price. Geely Galaxy plans to launch several new products within three years, including long-range PHEV models and intelligent pure electric models, to meet the needs of different users. In May 2024, the Geely Galaxy series achieved sales of 12,725 units in April, a month-on-month increase of about 25%, showing a good market performance. The launch of Geely Galaxy marks Geely Automobile's new layout in the field of new energy, committed to becoming a leader in new energy vehicle construction.
