PGO Automobile (PGO) is a French manufacturer that produces exclusive series of sports cars, founded in 1985 and headquartered in the city of Alès in the Cévennes region of southern France. The brand's name is an acronym derived from the first initials of the two founders, Prévot Gilles and Olivier, and is renowned for handcrafting and assembling small convertible and hardtop sports cars. PGO Automobile pursues a design philosophy of calm elegance, focusing on meeting customer expectations and striving to make each car more satisfying for users. The brand's logo features a shield shape with the letters P, G, and O inside, symbolizing the pursuit of safety, speed, and fashion. Its main products include models such as CEVENNES, HYDRA, SPEEDSTER II, HEMERA, ECHO, and COASTLINE. Among them, the COASTLINE is a small convertible two-door sports car equipped with a BMW 1.6T four-cylinder turbocharged mid-engine, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 5.9 seconds. PGO Automobile's production platform features a two-door, two-seat layout with a mid-engine rear-wheel drive design, and the suspension system combines a front MacPherson independent suspension (with an anti-roll bar) and a rear multi-link suspension. At the 2014 Beijing International Auto Exhibition, PGO was officially named Péchio in China and showcased several new models.
